I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff truly made us feel welcome and went above and beyond in their service. Our room was spacious and elegantly appointed, but we did encounter some noise in the evenings. Dining was a highlight, with a fantastic breakfast each morning. The location was perfect for exploring the city, although I wish there were more amenities available for relaxation.

My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. The location on Paseo Reforma was fantastic, making it easy to explore nearby attractions and enjoy some great dining options. The room was spacious but showed signs of aging, while the service varied quite a bit, with some staff being attentive and others lacking in training. Overall, it felt more like a solid four-star establishment than a luxurious experience, especially given the rates.

Rooms

The room was spacious but definitely showed its age, with outdated decor and an awkward lighting setup.

While there were a few standout staff members who were friendly and attentive, many seemed aloof and not well-trained, leading to frustrating experiences.

I had a great stay at Marquis Reforma while in CDMX for a business trip. The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the nearby park and local attractions. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, although I was surprised by the charges for the in-room coffee. Overall, a luxurious hotel at a great value, but the coffee charges left a bit of a sour taste at checkout.

I had a fantastic stay in Mexico City. The hotel provided a wonderfully spacious suite, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The wonderful concierge and helpful staff significantly enhanced my experience. The location was ideal for exploring the attractions. However, the breakfast could use some improvement, and there was noticeable noise from the plumbing, which detracted slightly from the ambiance.

Rooms

The suite I stayed in was spacious and clean, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The bathroom was particularly nice, but I did find the décor a bit dark.
Service

I didn't get a chance to use the spa, which I regretted as I've heard great things about it. The fitness and wellness options appeared solid.

This hotel has a great central location with spacious rooms that offer lovely city views. The amenities provided are good, especially the spa facilities, but the service can be hit or miss. While I enjoyed the comfortable bed and nice L'Occitane products, the laundry service left much to be desired, and the staff’s politeness could improve.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms are spacious and offer nice city views, but the decor feels a bit outdated.
Service

The service was inconsistent; while I received a nice welcome at check-in, resolving issues with laundry was frustrating and the staff at the door lacked courtesy.
